Regional Sales Manager (Southeast Asia - SEA)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving revenue targets for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing partners and customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales team with strong business acumen.

What will you do?

  • Business Planning and Management
    • Formulate and develop the best team of channel partners & distributors that meet the expectations of Perfect Distributor Model.
  • Lead the full sales cycle process, from the identifying, opportunity to order by taking charge of setting, developing and implementing overall sales strategies to meet sales revenue, growth targets and market share.
  • Ensure and achieve both Net Invoice Value (NIV) & Sales targets by:
  • Monitoring Sales Manager’s sales versus targets.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and recommend necessary changes.
  • Evaluate monthly activities carried out in the region.
  • Craft and develop strategies to deliver sales and targets
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to the company’s leadership team.
  • Recommend activation or marketing plan which will drive growth for the business.
  • Involve in all scope of sales functions
    • Monitor team’s productivity and output.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and sales performance metrics.
  • Build & monitor capability among team members:
    • Provide skill guidance to Sales Managers.
    • Mentoring & training subordinates.
    • Conducting continuous field coaching to ensure field effectiveness.
  • Maintain and drive visibility and expand distribution
  • Improve weighted distribution and increase market share
  • Channel category plan implementation.
  • Build, maintain sustainable and valuable relationships with the partners in order to complete the 360° view of client.
  • Provide recommendation on appointment/termination of distributor
    • Issuing of show cause letter
  • Own, establish and maintain an outstanding relationship with customers within C-Levels i.e., CEO, CTO, CSO, CISO, etc…

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ of professional experience in sales and channel management experience in SaaS, computer software or computer security software background is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in cybersecurity or sophisticated technological solutions, ideally in the security space is an absolute advantage.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management experience in a regional or national sales role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
