Technical Consultant (Thailand)

Experience

Project implementation and technical support experience (1 - 2 years)

What will you do?

  • Deliver chargeable Technical Services to customers for mobile app security solutions.
  • Build technical relationships with prospects;
  • Support the Sales Team with customer-facing technical pre-sales assistance;
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and provide support at external and internal customer-facing events;
  • Build custom demonstrations and deliver Proof Of Concepts (POC);
  • Provide after-sales support to customer
  • Involve and assist in project implementation
  • Provide training and assistance to partner for project delivery

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Project implementation and technical support experience (1 – 2 years);
  • Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales or post-sales experience;
  • Good listening skills;
  • Ability to explain and present technical solutions;
  • Good relationship-building skills;
  • Affinity to both sales and technology functions;
  • Preferably with mobile application development experience;
  • Preferably able to read and converse in Mandarin.
