Sales Manager (Indonesia)


Shall be based in Indonesia


Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales and channel management

The Sales Manager is focused on growing SecIron delivering sales growth in Indonesia. The Sales Manager will work closely with channel partners and develop relationships with customers that facilitate their ability to monitor the SecIron business and ensure its continued growth.

What will you do?

  • Fully accountable for sales performance measured by order and sales on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Initiate meetings and discussions to present SecIron solutions to all level of customer stakeholders
  • Constantly identify, qualify and develop a healthy sales pipeline by converting leads into well-qualified opportunities by being able to understand operational challenges and customer objectives.
  • Be creative to transform internal and external stakeholders into capable of converting to business value.
  • Drive relevant initiatives from zone field services and provide feedback based on local market situation with constructive solutions.
  • Own, establish and maintain an outstanding relationship channel partners.
  • Own, establish and maintain an outstanding relationship with customers within C-Levels i.e. CEO, CTO, CSO, CISO, etc…

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably IT or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales and channel management experience in SaaS, computer software or computer security software background is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in cybersecurity or sophisticated technological solutions, ideally in the security space is an absolute advantage.
  • Have fundamental knowledge on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in the achievement of target.
  • Demonstrates ability to proactively diagnose and develop remedies or plans for solutions or opportunities.
  • Possesses ability to offer superior customer satisfaction.
  • Understands how to grow a customer base and has demonstrated an ability to proactively discuss issues to solutions.
  • Demonstrates ability to deliver time sensitive projects.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and self-driven
  • Loves winning and isn’t afraid to fail
